ILÚM Engage, created by Infectious Disease Connect (IDC), is a telehealth app that keeps clinicians connected with Infectious Disease (ID) support. It provides a quick way to request consults for patients without the need for telephonic or electronic medical record (EMR) interactions. ILÚM Engage users will be able to easily:
Request ID consults from IDC clinicians
Identify consults as high or standard priority
Provide updates on existing requests
Check the status of existing consults
Keep track of historical consults
Filter requests by health care facilities
