Ever since upgrading to the paid version, it no longer works, I just get a blank white screen.

Unable to cancel
Full access to library is mandatory, which is wrong. “Settings” is greyed out, so impossible to cancel. Predatory and irresponsible app.
Nope…
I had to sit there and wait for each photo to be converted, it’s said not to close the window. If I wanted to wait for each individual conversation I would just convert them myself. Also the format of the app was a little unintuitive, it felt like some buttons were missing, like it wasn’t made for phones or something. When my photos were converted there was no button to get back. I literally had to close the app. I don’t think I’ll open it again. Have canceled my subscription 5 min into my 3 day trial. Disappointing… P.S. not sure if it even worked because I can’t find the converted files. :(
No user manual, no settings
I just used the app to convert several HEIC photos. The app froze afterwards and I had to shut it down. I can’t find where the pictures are stored. There are no settings for the app - under the setting “gear” there are no options. Have contacted support. Will update review if I hear back from them

All Apps these days advertise as “free” but nearly nothing is free anymore and it’s so sad to see how this platform has changed so quickly over the past few years. Greed has taken over everything. Are there any developers out there still offering free apps and services that are truly useful without false advertising or subscriptions? It’s a sad time. Apps like this use to be great. But my feedback now has to be that the state this app is moving is not in a position direction for the majority of people.
