Paid App Disguised as a free app

Best way to get your app instantly deleted

I opened this up and instantly get slapped in the face with a PAY NOW, NO ADDS!! ONLY 9.99$ A MONTH!!! with a small grey line saying to continue with standard mode. it took me a while to even find the way out of the popup because the line is not at all button like and is also light grey text on a white background. after this, you will notice big PREMIUM buttons scattered around. finally, I get to the app and it totally scrambles my text, and upon trying to rescan it the popup comes up again, only this time it’s blocking me from scanning the text a second time. I wish I deleted it as soon as the first popup came up.

This app will turn text in a photo into text... SOMETIMES. And when it does it doesn’t work very well and inserts lines of code everywhere.

Can’t use the app

I wanted to use an app like this for a while, but couldn’t find one until today. I went onto the app, and immediately there was an ad that said that I could pay $10 for no ads, the only thing is, I can’t exit this ad without paying $10. There’s no ‘X button’ no ‘skip button’ or anything else. Maybe it’s just my phone, but I don’t know. I am using an iPhone 6 on which I got the app on 7–14–2019

I really liked this app. The way it transfers images to text is awesome, and is helpful when I needed to have text read to a student. It worked like a dream for 20 pages. Now, it crashes right after it turns the image to text. I have only used this app for two days. I’ve closed all apps and have restarted the device, but it is still crashing. I paid for this app, so I am hoping the glitches get resolved.

It did its job

I downloaded this for a single use when I was feeling lazy this evening and didn’t want to manually type something I couldn’t copy/paste into a translator. Granted, I used a screenshot, so that was an advantage. Regardless, it worked quickly and almost perfectly, and I’ll probably use it again in the future.
