They had a good idea with the colour wheel control, but the timing functions are unreliable and simply do not work. They may or may not trigger a change when the designated time is reached. The programmed schedule gets completely erased if the light fixture is powered off or loses power, but the schedule doesn't work anyway, so this ultimately doesn't make a difference. Must enter the room to get close enough to connect with bluetooth to control the light. When connected, the app doesn't load what settings the light is currently set to, so one has to start the light channel mixing from scratch every time. Sunrise and sunset is simulated by my labour - visiting the aquarium throughout the day to adjust it manually, which is enabled by the home isolation. This app is in alpha stage and should not have been released as is.

This is insane this light is a hit or miss

The lights work great, but if you turn them off or unplug them all settings are lost. Nothing is saved on the phone for some reason. They got bumped today, all settings lost. Update app, all settings lost. There needs to be a way to restore settings.

Thank you so much for fixing the app and now lights work great again. I am sorry for the bad review I gave but I could not find any other way to contact the company to fix the problem. I hope this review counter acts the other because they contacted me quickly and fixed the problem fast. Very happy customer!

Update Failed !!! My lights nolonger communicate with my phone. How do I undo the update and revert back to the older version? Everything resolved in record time... very pleased.

The most recent update 5.0.1 is good, have full control ability of my lights, like how now if I turn off the switch I don’t have to fully change the names of the lights in the app again.

This new update made owning this light useless. I am now losing my corals. Light only can be controlled with the on/off switch on light itself. Light comes on 100% power. Fish hide in the caves, corals closed up. Light is now turned off so not shock the fish. Have downloaded the app again on my IPHONE X and also restarted phone several times. Please please fix this BUG THAT YOU CREATED QUICKLY. Will update review when fixed or if they choose to ignore. Update: was advised by company to try light system with a android phone and not my IOS IPHONE. Light is working with android. Waiting on fix for IOS. Update: 12.14.2020 Light is now working with the new update 5.0.1. On my IPHONE X. Fish and corals thank you.
