Very very slow to load or won't load at all

Great app but recently having issues on the App to be very very slow on loading on the phone and in most cases it won't load at all after minutes of waiting. My phone is on IOS14.6. Checked it with my ipad but also showing the very slow response or no response at all. Tried to unistall and install the app but same thing... Need a resolution on this issue...
