I purchased the Lifetime Premium membership which cost me almost a hundred dollars. Whilst I understand the app is still in it’s development stage so I was being very patient when images did not turn out as expected. Most of the images turned out awesome don’t get me wrong. The last straw was when the developers did an update and I could not process any images. Every time I keyed in a prompt, processing fails. When I tried contacting someone, it takes minimum 1 to 2 days, this is not the first time I tried contacting someone by the way. The minimum wait time for support is 1 to 2 days. Maybe its the time difference. Anyway, this time the support staff requested I reinstall the app which I did. After updating, I could no longer log into my lifetime premium membership. I tried contacting them via Instagram, X, email, I ve tried every channel but no one seems to be responding. Just a waste of time. I have written in to the App Store for a refund. Hopefully that goes through.

You can only generate one image a day, not very helpful. Charging money for what?

I used to love this app, the last update ruined it.

I paid full price for this app when it first came out. Now, with a recent update, I have lost the functionality I used to have. I have to pay a monthly/yearly charge to remove a watermark. Not cool.

This is getting terrible. It’s sad seeing one of my favorite apps being watered down by so many updates. I subscribed for a yearly $39 plan before all the changes and now it’s useless because of the new plans. This is very disappointing. It would be nice to get imagine back to how it was months ago before all these changes. Just keep it simple

Ive been using and loving this app for a year. I signed up for a lifetime membership.But it seems like each I update I lose some feature or features. The features still exist on the website, but not the app. Also memberships don't transition between the app and the website. I LOVE the imagine generation but the brand loyalty incentives are not there. Please fix

I’d pay $1,000,000 to have this app back from a Year ago when it was the best app ever!!! but now every update just gets Worse and worse!!! this app is complete Garbage now!!!!!!!!!😩😩😩😩

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! For a long time I’ve really been enjoying using this generator because it produces some really impressive results. But what I don’t understand is why are certain models getting removed every now and then? I was disappointed to find that one of my favorites was recently taken down “MeinaMix” and I would like to request that it be brought back if possible. That was the only model I ever used and even though some of the others are nice they still don’t produce the same results as MeinaMix. Update: I’m just finding out that even though I purchased the “lifetime” version which gave me unlimited uses, now there’s a limit on uses? You guys seriously want to do that to your payed customers?! I payed more money for this app than I should have and over time it’s gotten worse and worse and now this. Please fix this!

I’ve really enjoyed using this app but I don’t recommend in to anyone who doesn’t want to relearn how to use it after every month of two. The creators constantly change their terms and design of everything. I’m honestly tired of trying to figure out how to use the new updates that completely change the look from the previous version along with adding and removing features. Quite frustrating…

Uh... where is my prompt history after the recent update??? Please tell me it's not deleted! Beware the recent update apparently not only delete all your prompt history but also does not save no prompts to any history. Save all your prompts before you update! Also the professional plus says you get 10 concurrent images but that's not true you still only get 4 as in the base pro model. You can generate more after they generate but it's not 10 concurrent. 10 concurrent is false advertising.
