Very Poor customer support and image generator
I purchased the Lifetime Premium membership which cost me almost a hundred dollars. Whilst I understand the app is still in it’s development stage so I was being very patient when images did not turn out as expected. Most of the images turned out awesome don’t get me wrong. The last straw was when the developers did an update and I could not process any images. Every time I keyed in a prompt, processing fails. When I tried contacting someone, it takes minimum 1 to 2 days, this is not the first time I tried contacting someone by the way. The minimum wait time for support is 1 to 2 days. Maybe its the time difference. Anyway, this time the support staff requested I reinstall the app which I did. After updating, I could no longer log into my lifetime premium membership. I tried contacting them via Instagram, X, email, I ve tried every channel but no one seems to be responding. Just a waste of time. I have written in to the App Store for a refund. Hopefully that goes through.
