The app is as barebones as it can get and only focuses on what’s important… MONEY. Want to check your data usage? Nope you can’t do that. For some reason it’ll just show there’s no decrease in usage even if you’ve used up all the data. You can pay your bills and purchase a booster plan just fine. As long as people have an easy access to spend more money, screw our needs to check our data usage right? As long as it’s convenient for us to pay our bills. How can we go from the Telbru app, which is a million times better by the way, to this waste of storage. Even the website is basically what you see in this app. It’s ridiculous there have been no improvements since the merger. Don’t get me started on the services I’m PAYING for.

After updating iPhone 13 Pro Max to iOS 15.4.1 the app launches to the Imagine Go screen then crashes.

wifi still lagging and very dissapointed i cannot see how much gb left. all i can do is i have received email like 90% already used but cannot see how much gb already use. please upgrade for brunei better

The new app doesn’t have nearly the amount of features the old app offers. UI is terrible and doesn’t flow well - the same repetitive buttons on most pages. Why do we need the same “Add Booster” button everywhere?? Where is the Support or Upgrade package page? Disappointing.

An absolute nightmare to deal with, one time they charge me without it showing that my bills had been settled. Most of the time it won’t even process my payment

Previous apps more much better than this version. Require batter improvement pls
