This is probably the second or third app replacement by Imagine. The app doesnt bring forward the past records of payment usage. It doesnt display the outstanding bill at all. Disappointed with how Imagine is degrading over the years. I’ll need to go the counter branch for making payment instead.
No SMS OTP as always when paying bill

The new apps seem doesnt show how many balance in voicd(minutes) after i purchase package flexi 5. Only the data balance is showed
please set a ‘remember me’. It kept logging out. and it is troublesome to keep log in or better yet set a face ID log in.

The app is more responsive compared to the previous one. I hope you can maintain the simplicity My only suggestion is try to check the spacing/font size again because i do believe everything actually can be fit into a screen without me having to scroll down
