Like another reviewer said, the app was working better until update 2.9.11.3. When you press on the buttons and links they don’t work, unless you press on the extreme right side of the button. Also, another suggestion, when importing a document from another iPad program, it would be better if the links to my matters, matter worklist, etc. were at the top, not all the way at the bottom requiring scrolling through a long list every time. Overall, when it works, this app is very useful, but has room for much improvement.
App was working great up to v2.9.10.6 but with latest update v2.9.11.3 the links and buttons are non responsive, youhave to press and press several times to get a document Uploaded, or Cancel an action, or go back, any link/button is not responding. Please fix thanks
With the latest update as soon as you open it, it closes. I've seen this on 3 different phones.
The workflow for opening and saving documents, from the app directly or from within Word, is very very disjointed. This is preventing adoption by our lawyers. For example, from the app, you cannot Open in Word but only copy; whereas, from within Word you can Open and maintain a link to the document from iManage. Also, from within Word, iMange should be a Place that can be added rather than buried under ...More. When a document that is opened in Word from iManage, that needs to be converted before editing, I for the life of me cannot figure out how to save over the original. And, the sort order of folders needs to be configurable. Why does it seem to default to docid from lower descending to higher? I've got to scroll through 500 items to get to a recent document. At a minimum alpha would be more logical. Finally, why is there no Class field in the search options?
Very nice to have an updated version of this app for integration with my law firm, however there's a crucial flaw in that if you open a document into Microsoft Word every time Word auto saves it creates a new version of the document so that you will have literally hundreds and hundreds of new versions of the same file unless you disable auto save in Word, which is dangerous. That needs to be fixed immediately
