Fix the app

The mask loses its ability to personalize treatment because the app no longer works.

I love the mask but it doesn’t give much direction to use it.

This app does not work at all!! Cannot get past this page!

I purchased mask, neckpiece and sanitizer case … $3400 total … the English instructions are worthless and this apple app has no English language and won’t even install … the android app does have English, but none of the language makes sense … I would return this if I could … get your act together mask … this is an uber-expensive product … spend some time on clear instructions and decent software … terribly disappointing

Why do I have to give this app access to my photos? Why do you need my location? This was an uber expensive purchase and the app is useless. This is unnecessarily invasive and creepy. I haven’t downloaded the app because of this and all of the negative reviews. Very disappointed. Please fix!!

Had to delete and download the app three times! So frustrating! It works great initially then starts slowing down and then it won’t even open anymore! You can still use the mask but they advertised the ability to customize the settings which is impossible without the app. Expected more from a very expensive product!

This app does not work if you don't allow access to camera or photo album which are totally an optional function for the mask. It also creates numerous photo albums in my phone which is very annoying!

I’ve tried to load this app many times and can’t get past the place where you put in the serial number. I spent ALOT of money for this mask and I can’t even us it properly . PLEASE FIX THIS APP!
