So much brilliance packed into a small space.

Amazing

Each of Michael Brough’s games are a masterpiece in original design, and Imbroglio has to be best of them. Strategy, tactics, depth and planning, yet all handled by a smooth UI which is perfect for one handed, turn based play.

Hmmm

I dont like giving bad reviews but it wasnt what i was expecting, i think the blurb bit should tell you more about what you are actually going to be doing, i dont feel like there is any skill involved but maybe i am just missing the point?

Superb

Unputdownable. It's a steep learning curve but it's very rewarding once you crack it.

Another great game from Michael Brough.

Pobblepop on

Unique and unusual are two words for Broughs games that always come to mind. This is another great little game who's depth and strategy comes out the more you play it. I recommend this as much as any of his other games which I have also purchased (868-Hack) is just brilliantly mindboggling. 5/5 :)

Nice but not amazing

SimStil on

It's a beautifully put together game, with nice artwork and an innovative new type of gameplay. However, something seems missing from it that I feel somewhat regretful of spending money on it. Maybe it will grow on me more as I play it.

A simple but addictive game

Divāsvapna on

United Kingdom

Simple but clever and beautifully executed game. Perfect learning curve with additions to characters and tiles as you progress to maintain interest. Wonderfully free of in-app pay-to-pay purchases. The only reason not to get this game is the same reason I may have to delete it from my phone soon: it is utterly, utterly addictive.

Another home-run

M.B. hits it out of the park again. It's only when I lose hours in a game I write reviews. This enigmatic game is well worth both your time and money. A novel and absorbing blend of genres. Highly original. Thanks Michael :-)

Superb

Robin Whittleton on

Michael’s games always have a depth and clarity of gameplay that, once you get the core proposition, is somewhat breathtaking. There’s a reason why there’s a gap between his games despite the somewhat simplistic presentation. The polish isn’t in the visuals, it’s in the play.
