The app is useless because it is impossible to register despite entering all the correct information. It just keeps saying it’s encountered an error.

IMED Application patients HOSPITAL , through which the following function is obtained :
- Making appointments in real time
- Keep track of upcoming appointments , with the option to cancel them .
- Request call call-center appointments.
- Request ambulance , for normal or emergency service . Geolocation position ambulance service refers .
- Get the medication prescribed by the doctor to the possibility of establishing shots and plan to add it to the agenda to remind shots.
- Enable / Disable the notification / appointment reminder by email .

Unable to register
I have tried repeatedly to add my patient number to the app., but each time it says there is a problem. Therefore, the App is useless 😡
Where is Elche
I have used this IMED app for years. I just got a new phone and the app only shows up Benidorm and Teuluda so I can’t see my history or make appointments what I’d happening

I did not change or forget my password neither way it’s not being recognised ,so l have sent an email to you ,so that l can reset my password after numerous time l still had no reply.

OF course i recieved my user number promptly 185 889...0n my iPad...I also have iPhone where i am anxiously wait ing my password ....WITHOUT THAT I CAN DO NOTHING.. Thankyou for NOTHING......I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PASSWORD ON EITHER MY Iphone or iPad... THIS SERVICE IS DYSFUNCTIONAL... PETER W BRADBEER....185 889.. OUT OF CONTROL
