Clearest maps I've ever seen, and app always fully useable regardless of connectivity. Always my first online map of choice (unless I'm outside Melbourne!)
For urban Melbourne use (& country to a lesser extent), there’s no better mapping App. I use this as my ‘go-to’ map App all the time. It’s super easy to identify major roads, secondary roads from everything else. The street names are always visible, at any zoom position. It doesn’t rely on patchy cell availability, all the maps are always available. I even use it on my annual Alpine Road Trip. Sure, it doesn’t ‘guide’ you but does show where you are.
Nothing in the world matches the clarity and detail of Melway maps. Pity these haven’t become the ubiquitous go to maps for Satnavs.
Will always be the highest quality set of maps available. If that isn’t enough, you can zoom in and easily read a street name without it shrinking! Throw in a long list of public facilities including walking/bike paths. Long live the cartographers.
The most detailed map you kind find, hate to sound picky as this is my favourite map by far but it does miss some details like speed humps in many streets that have been around for years.
This is a brilliant app with clear and detailed maps. Love the ability to share and print out maps as well. Developer very responsive.
