The latest update to the app has moved the menu bar so that it’s now over the title of each post. Who the hell tested and approved this!?

It worked before till this update. I’ve tried reinstalling and everything….

Why can't I comment with images on the app, only on the otherwise increasingly ensh***ified browser interface?? Anyway, app is a bit buggy but useable. I like the site, though I don't venture into user sub. Overlaps with reddit. There's some great meme dumps and nerdy/interesting, funny or cute videos. Politically it tends to be fairly liberal and US-focused. Some progressive content. Trolls get downvoted to oblivion. Currently, anyway. I only seem to get one ad on every post at the moment, for some story-based game, easy to ignore.

Far Right propaganda ads, since the new owners are far right supporters. Constant ads on every swipe. You can’t even see the content now. Who designed this horrible horrible experience?! No GIFs load! A 20kb GIF can’t load on this app, but I can stream 4k video on other apps. The developers are doing their best to show you the worst coding ever written.

Popups try to force an update. Uninstall :) Will be good to have less distractions

Love the IMGUR community. The app however is absolute trash. For a image sharing platform, you’d expect the app to do a great job of presenting images and video, but you’d be wrong. The images on an 12.9” iPad are impossible to view in the default “feed” that they want you to use, then you click on the photo, then are forced to use the back button to get to the next post. If you’re lucky you can watch a video, but most commonly the video stops playing after more than the first 3 pixels are above the top of the screen, just pray that all the action is at the top of the video. Spoiler, it usually isn’t. As a treat, they’ve introduced a new feature recently where the audio for the next video plays in place of the video you’re trying to watch. I’ve deleted the app.

Impossible to use as no post load.

Antisemitism and extreme ideologies abound. BEWARE! This is not a safe place for fun, it's a politically rotten space, similar to Facebook or X. My child used it and was very distressed to find all sorts of unregulated extreme content. Have received no response from Imgur, will follow up with Apple to ensure this doesn't happen to others. Advertisers beware!!

Imgur is the best app I have ever seen and it has so many features just mind blowing.I just inform my friend about Imgur and he also happy with it.

the ads are covering the UI. do better
