That looks like real cheating. App sold the service but used another payment method (not In-App Purchase), so I can’t cancel the subscription. UI/UX should be 100% understandable for a user (be careful, they say “yearly” subscription, but charged you money each month). You can’t delete your account at any moment (GDPR violated). In the app setting you have an EN interface, but it doe’s not work. Also, the App forces you to subscribe, when you want to send a message to some users. That users are fake users with fake apartments, reason (as for me) is to take payment for a subscription. No one of those users answered me. Support won’t help you. That all is terrible!
Шахраї ще ті. Зауважте при проплаті послуги преміум аккаунта! Блокують гроші на карті, потім за пару днів знімають бронь і зникає аккаунт преміум без пояснень, а за 1,5-2 місяці до вас пишуть коллектори про борг в 60 євро. Як результат - ні грошей, ні преміума. Техпідтримка не відповідає. Раджу перед користуванням преміума 150 разів подумати…
