I saw that you previously responded to other clients regarding Ukrainian driver's licenses, only there is an exception, if a Ukrainian is in Germany under paragraph 24 (asylum) the driver's license is valid until the end of the program, at the moment Ukrainians have been given asylum until March 2026

Very unfair terms of use. Only for the citizens of 27 privileged countries. It’s so weird. As Ukrainian nationality I have a right to drive the car in all the EU countries without any restrictions. I think the terms of use are very discriminatory. I spend a time downloading the application, going through registration and at the end - I have got rejection based of being person out of that privileged first world countries. You should write on each of your cars with a big letters then: for the European citizens only. For people not to loose time with your company.

Hallo. Die ukrainischen Rechte haben begonnen, zu einem internationalen Standard zu werden, sie gelten nun immer auch in Deutschland. Es wäre sehr gut, wenn Sie die Möglichkeit hinzufügen würden, ein Auto zu mieten. alle anderen Unternehmen haben schon lange die Erlaubnis erteilt, an Ukrainer zu vermieten)

Guys, what is the problem with ukraine driving license?? You think this is a country, where people don’t drive the cars???

Please add the possibility for people holding a Ukrainians drivers license to book a car. Drivers license validity was accepted on EU level, please refer to the publication by Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport as of 18 July 2022. Don’t invent additional obstacles when this issue has been already solved on the higher level. Thank you!
