Please add an option to update phone number in the system. Hundreds of people are stuck just because of no-option to update phone number through app. Solution is to You have to go/send some one with civil id number and new number to mishref vaccination hall 5, IT dept to change number. It will solve your problem

Dear ministry of health, I’m in pakistan my Kuwait contact number is off. And the app wants otp for approval, kindly remove this option. Thanks

Dear Ministry of Health, As we are out from Kuwait and our registered contact numbers are off in our home countries, we are getting approval on Immune App, but not receiving OTP of Immune because our Sim Cards are off in our Countries (As i am from Pakistan), so please be so kind to add option to get OTP of Immune on Email as well. App is not opening and can’t download the vaccination certificate.How to fix this problem?

This EMELIO D GAGAP JR I Am Requesting Vaccine Certificate due to my agency demand I was in jail and deported last January this year And now in the phillipines and trying to as for a Vaccine Certificate i am no longer have any acces in kuwait pls help me. The app doesn’t work for me it keeps on kicking me outttttt

التطبيق مايشتغل نزلته من فتره وكان يشتغل وبعدها مره وحده قام يعلق سويتله دليت ورجعته ومافي فايده وو سويت اعاده ضبط للجهاز هم ماكو فايده . اللي صاير معاي نفس الشغله رجاءا يكتب عندي صديق يعاني نفس مشكلتي
