Description
The iMotoneige application is developed by the FCMQ.
It offers a quick and efficient access to maps of all the trails in Quebec and this without necessarily having a data plan or a cell phone signal.
The application includes:
- the layout of the FCMQ recognized snowmobile trails;
- the location of all services and attractions transmitted to the FCMQ and participating Tourist Associations.
The application has essentially the same functionalities as our interactive map available here:

You can, therefore:
- create your itinerary, consult the route instructions and share it by email or text message;
- know the conditions of the snowmobile trails in Quebec issued by the clubs;
- know the grooming interval from the information issued by the groomers;
- consult information about services and attractions by clicking on the pictogram;
- see which club is responsible for the trail you will be using;
- view the écoSentiers (ecotrails);
- visualize your position;
- and above all, have fun!
If you have a data plan
- find out when the trail was groomed;
- consult the website of attractions and services in 1 click;
- check the weather forecast and the snowfall on the ground;
- get even more details at high zoom levels on the map.
In addition, the application is available in French. The language displayed is the one corresponding to the language setting of your cell phone.

Happy user
I’ve used this app for many years to plan all of my routes and track where I am going every day! There is nothing better in my opinion. I recently started having a problem with the maps following the location dot on the trails. The dot just goes off of the screen and you have to manually move the maps on the screen while riding. I thought it was my phone getting old and purchased a new iPhone 11 but it’s still doing the same thing! I depend on this using it every day for 6-8 weeks on tours and need some help resolving the issue. Thanks!

Great to see all the trails, but the waypoint function doesn’t work on iOS...
Better than paper maps
This app has saved our group from getting lost MANY times. When physical signs are confusing or non-existent, this app always gets us back in the right path. Have travelled several thousand miles using this app and will continue using it for efficient trip planning and navigation.

This is the bidders waste of money and time junk
De base comme application
C’est une très bonne application pour 2005, triste qu’on y soient plus. Gèle lorsqu’on essaie de planifier une randonnée sur le téléphone. À besoin d’internet pour fonctionner. Pas très intuitif. Facile d’y faire des erreurs de parcours. Lâchez pas!
Localisation impossible
localisation n’est plus possible je trouve ça inutile dans ce cas , c’est presque retourner au carte papier !!!
Très déçu
L’appli est lente, elle nous localise 1 fois sur 5, alors qu’une appli gps gratuite nous localise tout le temps. Les cartes ne sont pas à date. S’il y a eu des changements d’itinéraire dans la dernière année ce n’est pas corrigée.
Localisation
Avec la nouvelle mise à jour 8.70 . Aussi tôt que je ferme l’APP, je n’ai plus la possibilité de me localiser sur la map. Pour y arriver, je dois supprimer l’APP et la réinstaller.
