App needs serious work to fix many bugs!
5 Stars for the food and restaurant 3 Stars for the App specifically. Great restaurant and great food! And over all the app does get our orders done but with way too many consistent bugs that should be tested and fixed. Every time I launch the app and go to Order I don’t see Power Bowls or Salads. Need to quit and relaunch. Every time I am ready to pay for my order it fails on the last screen and have to re-log in. Happens with Credit Card option or Apple Pay option. My items are still in the cart (Apple Pay fails multiple time and I give up on this - so select credit card) so need to go through the check out process again. Using a reward is very difficult as you have to select it as a method of payment and then pay the balance with a credit card and many times it fails to confirm and goes back to log in screen (see above). When reviewing past orders there is no sort order (e.g. Date order newest to oldest) to these orders. They are scattered with some from a few weeks then one from last year then in the middle the last one. Makes it difficult if you want to review a recent custom order. Using iPhone 14 Pro Max on Roger’s network or wifi same issues. I have rebooted my iPhone and even delete the app and reinstalled it and still all these issues persist Hopefully you can work on this as it makes it frustrating to use know I will always have to do things at least twice. -Chris
