It doesn’t even let me change the colors in the app

i tried it and everything has been working perfectly fine music works good the color changer thing, AMAZING!

everything else works , the color wheel nd everything but the music. Every single time i try to play music the app freezes or closes off

The mirror itself is great that the app will not connect to my mirror for the life of me I've tried everything.

This app needs an update or something because it won’t even let me connect my mirror to the Bluetooth. Absolutely awful app.

The app will NOT sync to my new mirror! I have tried closing the app and turning on and off the mirror but nothing happens. App would have been nice if it worked, I don’t want to have to always clean my mirror

it works so well with the colors and everything but then after like 3-4 days when I press open mirror on the app it won’t open to let me change the colors or use the app because it’s not allowing me in the color wheel it’s hard to explain, so I would have to redownload it and then it would not work in like 3 days, not only that I can’t play music it’s horrible. It always kicks me out the app when I try to put a song from my playlist and yes it’s connected to bluetooth and everything. These two bugs are making it so hard to use it, this mirror costed like 350$ and the app cant even work properly when the app is a big part of the mirror. Fix this please and I’m not surprised all these reviews are negative.

Any time I try to play my music through the app it crashes.i waited a year before setting the mirror up just to see if he app issues and old be resolved…1 year later. Still trash.

please fix this. really unhappy.. was so excited to have a mirror that can play music but it’s just false advertising .. 😞 if people are paying so much money for this mirror .. it needs to do what it’s advertised to do! ☹️ huge bummer..

The color wheel does NOT even show the correct color on the vanity, you set one color on the app and it’s the complete opposite color on the vanity. Super disappointed to pay so much money for this to not even work, I should have paid half the amount for this mirror if this is what i’m paying for… Fix your app, not even the schedule button works and kicks me out. wow.
