I use impresso on an iphone 16 pro max. But after getting a new phone and installing Impresso from the appstore, I can't restore my subscription. There is nowhere I can log in! Is there a problem with Impresso? How do I get my access to Impresso Pro Video Editor? There is also a problem with the cutout background function.
The worst app i ever seen, 3 hours waste of time, takes ages to move a single window, and the way things are designed is to make it complicated, thats like instead of eat the food straight from the plate, you turn it around your head and then eat, didnt even want to keep the trial just removed

Comprei o app e não funciona
Desde ontem, qdo tento salvar um video, ele salva no celular , mas o video não funciona. Tenho assinatura, já desinstalei e instalei de novo. Como posso resolver?
Além da instabilidade dos outros recursos do aplicativo o vídeo está sendo baixa com defeito… resolvam isso.
Depois da última atualização não tá funcionando pra exportar os vídeos
Excluíram a ferramenta/opção de música, sem possibilidade nenhuma de contatar o suporte. Agora nem as imagens consigo carregar para adicionar às criações. Um total absurdo e desrespeito ao plano anual pago renovado.
