Good app but music to videos not working

Slow and not matched with farsi font
Hey, I am using this app for longer than a year and I am a subscriber. At first, this app was fast but now it’s sooo slow and also it’s useless for someone like me who needs to write with farsi font!

Do you have to pay for a lot of stuff
Exporting Video is Unreliable
This used to be a reliable tool but lately hasn’t been exporting my videos properly. They either won’t export onto my camera role or if they do, the music in the video disappears. I’ve written to the support team on this app and have not received a response. Honestly, for the price, I’d try a different and more consistent social media tool.
Charged $140 & refuse to refund me
Somehow I was opted in to a yearly subscription for $139.99 and didn’t notice the charge until after 60 days so Apple won’t refund me. I’ve contacted Impresso numerous times and they are not giving me a refund! I’m not using this product and I never wanted it for a year. I thought I was opting into a trial. Please refund me. I am not using this and never agreed to bring charged for the year. I will remove this review once I’m refunded.
Was great until today!
I don’t know what’s going on but ALL of my projects just vanished. My account disappeared and I’m still paying for a subscription. I messaged them @impresso.

There is no way to get support. My applications do not download my pictures and I can’t get help.
Awful
As soon as I logged in it blocked my Instagram account!!
