I’ve been charged, but like other reviews, I’m still being prompted to spend earned in-app currency to unlock things all cover in my subscription. I’ve been charged already, but the app won’t acknowledge, nor restore my subscription/purchases. The app makers are in Australia with no way to contact them directly in regards to their apps. I’ve been looking for some form of customer support for several hours to remedy the issue, to no avail. I’m not a person that leaves many reviews, but after discovering that every direct link to a website associated with the apps was broken, this felt like enough of a scam to merit doing so.

My upgraded App will not restore on my new phone 15. Can someone please help me restore my full version. I

I’ve tried several expensive apps to learn Spanish and this as be far been the easiest & best for me.

Still not able to have a scan of my phone for entry. Do not yet know my membership number or other things for rapid entry.

Does not play the audio. App doesn't work. Don't waste your time or money

I just opened this app and started with the “audio lesson” and there’s NO SOUND. My phone and settings are correct and apparently no way to adjust sound on the app itself. Hard to learn a language if you can’t hear it!

Great app for beginners and to refresh your brain in learning the most important words in French!
