Much better than alternatives

I’ve used PagerDuty for many years before now and always found the experience frustrating, constantly overriding shifts for the wrong time or person and hard to figure out what’s going on when you get paged. Having used incident.io for the last few months in beta, this app is way better. It supports requesting cover from your teammates, and when I get paged I can easily jump into the Slack incident channel directly from the app. There’s even an auto-ack feature that helps when you’re getting paged over and over which I’ve wanted for years but this is the first product that’s offered it.

Really loving how intuitive and simple this app is! Even though it’s for managing incidents it feels very friendly and I’m less stressed about being woken up in the night when using it. Some game changing features here too like the cover me feature - mad that we’ve gone so many years without this 😱Thank you so much for building this!!!!

Lovely to use, whether you're on call or not!
