Poor digital cousin of printed copies

Very poor reading experience, it's essentially digitally scanned version of printed copies. Very minimal digital interaction, cataloging and bookmarking experience that you would expect from any digital reading media in the age of Amazon.

Unable to download

Can't download this weeks issue please help. B. Mann ,Vancouver Canada.

Bad customer support

Recently, after an app upgrade, all my purchases disappeared. I have been emailing customer service for the past two weeks and there is no reply. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. I still have quite a few months of subscription left and there is no way it can be restored if customer service does not help. Be aware of this before you purchase a subscription.

Very buggy

The app was working fine until it was updated with the latest version (Jan 04). Ever since the downloading of the latest issue seems to take for ever. The downloading started couple of days ago and so far it downloaded 26 pages out of 150 plus pages . Pl fix the app ASAP or please refund my money ASAP. Thanks. JP.

Good but PAINFUL

I have subscribed to India Today and Travel Plus magazines. The content is terrific but the following issues make the app a two star... 1. The magazine does not download automatically when available. The download process starts when you open the magazine to read and even then it is excruciatingly slow! The download process when it starts continues when you are navigating pages but at a rate of a page every few minutes. So to download a 136page magazine it takes eternity. And then the download does not continue when you exit the app. So, regardless of what you do you cannot escape the PAIN! By the way, I am using an iPhone 4S on a superfast wireless network.

Subscription with no be if it’s

I recently paid for a 1 year subscription for 5 India Today magazines. I got a mail confirming my subscription also. I downloaded India Today English and Autocar apps to use my subscription. Unfortunately I am unable to access the magazines and it always asks me to subscribe. I am frustrated and ther is no way to reach India Today for help.

Online magazine review

The content is fine but the back icon in online version on top right corner does not wo I am unable to restore my purchase on new device .

Can’t access my subscription

I’ve paid till October 2023 & they are not letting me access 18th September issue. No help line to resolve this. Ridiculous!

Shameful App and Subscription

It is by far the worst app I have ever used. The entire format is illegible. Having paid for the full subscription, I can’t even activate it on the mobile apps. Pathetic
