Very bad service provided we give new GST open and not give to one month and not give refund and service provider not get call very poor work and don’t work with Indiafiling total fraud company

Didn’t solved the problem, the team didn’t gave a complete list of required documents from the start ,resulting failure in registration. The entire thing could have been handled differently if there was an intent of solving, for which a professional is required Just uploading documents is no different from a “kid with YouTube” I’m glad I didn’t have them my IP registration task,

I want to think the entire Indiafiling’s team for timely and efficient filling of returns. Especially to Vaibhavi Kshirsagar for providing being punctual service every time.

The company has sales team which is highly pestering. They will you call you again and again until you make the payment. Once you make the payment its you making the calls. Relationship manager does'nt pick up, leaves messages on seen and does'nt believe in building any relationship or getting the job done. In my case it was a guy named Mayur. All in all I am happy I did not sign up for other services from them. If you want work then be ready to follow up everyday with them. Btw company formation is still pending after a month.

By mistake I paid twice for a service. When I request them to refund for the mistake payment, they started to avoid me. It is almost six months now and still I have not got refund. Secondly, I don't get proper proper updates of the service I bought. I tried to contact their grievance officer but don't pick up the call. Pathetic service
