App closes when address tab is checked irritating

All the products are imported and they will not have MRP sticker, import date etc. impossible to claim warranty. They speak very bad and don’t care anything about customers. Once you make payment then it’s your luck. They just care only about money. None of the products they sell can be availed for warranty, they do not help you to claim warranty either. Don’t ever buy from Indiefur. They are scam artist.

The only thing they have is competitive pricing comparing to the market. You can get the same products in Amazon too. They don’t stick to what they promise and worst customer service I ever had. Please ignore this website.

Guy don’t order in this app they are cheating customers if u pay money it will show u r order is in process and after some days it will show order have been delivered to u r address pleas guys don’t waste u r money they are fraud.

I bought a product on IndieFur. And it’s been weeks since I’ve ordered it and I am not getting any updates from IndieFur nor my refund . A text message came saying my order is cancelled and I am not getting my refund . And the worst I would have given negative stars if I had an option to there is zero customer support I have been trying to contact them but they haven’t picked up my call or replied to my mails. Really really bad experience with IndieFur. Never ever I am gonna buy anything from this pathetic site. This is of course a fraud company.

Pathetic customer care and pathetic service

It was hard to believe that this was an Indian site started by Indians. The products available are exotic and a good variety of fish food and accessories are available at a better price than amazon or flipkart. The items available are genuine and authentic and as far as the packaging is concerned- it will blow your mind. The delivery is amazing as well. Shop from the site to believe and experience it.
