Indigo

In all it’s a great app, I normally go to the actual indigo store(s) but I also have a week immune system and get sick a lot, when I get sick this app is very useful. One thing I would like is a way to make a booklist of sorts in the app, I don’t want to mix up books, authors, genres, sales, etc. and with the option to sort the books into personal booklists would significantly improve the app.

Any company that makes me fumble looking for the app vs using Apple Wallet is a complete non-starter. Pretty sure this used to be supported. Won’t be using the plum program until this is re-enabled.

I use to have this app but it didn’t function very well so I got rid of it. Downloaded it again recently and it still doesn’t work much better. The navigation is not the best. Making the search tool a must, but the search tool decides not to work half the time. Then when it does sometimes the filters won’t work. It’s easier for me to google indigos books and open the link to them in the app which shouldn’t be necessary. Trying to find books on art is like pulling teeth, there is no option to specify in the categories what kind of art you’re wanting to learn about. Oil? Acrylic? Watercolour? The fundamentals? Still life? No, you have to search it in the search bar and hope it’s in a good mood today. Maybe it will show you books on those topics. There were a couple times where I clicked on the name or the seller of an item to see what else they were selling and it linked back to the main page….. would not take me to look at the other items, I tried three times. The majority of the “recommended” it gives you are just items already in your favourited, or items you looked at once. Over all I go into the app to find art books and close the app frustrated with nothing to show. It feels semi-finished and needs some more polishing.

Useless app as cannot sign in, just get “something went wrong” error constantly. Can log in via web browser fine. Seems others have the same problem, along with other issues if they manage to get logged in. Don’t waste your time with this app.

After they updated and changed the app is sucks. It’s no longer user friendly. It glitches. You can’t add things to your wish list quickly, you have to click on the item description to add it. It doesn’t keep you logged in. And this isn’t just the app this is the company, but it really annoys me that you can’t make multiple wish lists.

Without reason

The app is fine, but it’s a slightly less functional version of their website. It’s missing a lot of features I’d like, Eg, an easy way to get a list of locations in a city where something is in stock, etc, and it’s sort of slow

Great app, love the store, but there is a major bug. When you leave switch apps and go back, or when opening the app sometimes, if you’re on a product page, you cannot go back!!! I have to restart the app pretty much every time I want to use it because of this and also while I am browsing categories if I leave the app I often have to restart which gets very irritating. Please fix!!

Normally I don’t have issues with the app but lately I’ve been unable to access my cart in the app and on the website. It wouldn’t be a huge problem if their sales/deals didn’t end as quick as they do. There’s items I want to buy that aren’t available in any of the stores near me so I’m forced to buy online but that’s pretty hard to do when you can’t even access the cart to look through it let alone actually check out.

i’ve run into multiple issues with both the app and online website not being able to access my cart or make online purchases. normally this wouldn’t be an issue as most stores will price match in person to their online prices, but this is not the case with indigo. sales don’t always last long and it’s quite frustrating that all they can do for me is get back in 3-5 business days. another note to add, the filter doesn’t work. if you try to sort the result by price, title, etc. it simply doesn’t.
