App is crashing with latest update

As soon as it loads ..it keeps loading faceId in loop every sec. which makes unable to use the app. Kindly fix it

Customer Support is not effective

I was using app since very long and first time facing an issue for KYC completion but since more than a weeek issue not yet resolved. Due to KYc issue I am not able to sell my US stocks which is impacting me a lot financially. Who will responsible for this loss ? With such CC support one happy customer become a unhappy customer. Won’t recommend this app to new people.

Incompetent team

Don’t put your money in here. Pathetic service provided by highly incompetent people. There are way better brokers and platforms like vested, cube, zerodha, than this mediocre product. STAY AWAY from these guys.

Wrong app to invest

They are not at all responsible, they cheat in while trading and simply say the transaction has failed and you get money in one week, how could that will happen

Lot of features available

Though this is a good thing to offer, the ugly side of it is to keep everything updated and bugs in each of those features are resolved in timely manner, spelling mistakes (goofle pay) are rookie mistakes an app should keep in check. Hope this helps.

Lots of bugs

Your app and website has tons of bugs.

Nice app for investment but not for trading.

The app is very useful to track all investments in 1 place but the app lakes lot of very useful technical features like limit buy, Limit sell, market’s sentiment, news related to stocks 1 is buying etc. I would recommend apps like Groww, Upstox for trading. Overall a decent app to just track investments.

$20 for withdrawal of below $2000. .

They are charging $20 for withdrawal of below $2000. As per INR its around 1,45,000. This is not a right app for Middle class investors and beginners. I was really disappointed and also suggested my friends to not using this app. This should be transparent/noticed while adding money to account.
