I had been pretty tired of Grab’s exorbitant prices and I always liked InDriver’s price settings because it felt fair but I stopped using it and went back to Grab due to safety concerns. InDriver was new to the Malaysian market and there wasn’t a clear guideline on how they would handle safety issues.
Recently, I started using it again but ever since I saw a story of a Malaysian woman getting dragged out of an InDriver’s car and beaten by him, ive been terrified to use the app. While the authorities might have dealt with the issue, InDriver’s lacklustre support and care for the victim’s experiences was the exact thing that made me switch back to Grab.
I will always pay more for my own safety and I am sure millions of other women would too. InDriver’s lack of care was incredibly alarming considering how extreme the situation of the victim was. It was honestly disgusting to see InDriver completely mishandle the situation and ignore the victim’s very real experiences and concern. I also think they are hoping the news will die down but it has already been picked up by news sources like WeirdKaya so it will not die down anytime soon. Please let this be a lesson for you.
Worst app
The stupidity of the app’s design caused physical harm to a female passenger and instead of providing support they made her jump through hoops before they would take any action. They then refused to provide evidence to help her with her case against the driver. DO NOT USE THIS APP AS THEY WILL ENDANGER YOUR LIFE.
Drivers are scammer
I took a place to a mall then the charge is rm34 then tow charges around most rm10 then idk how he made me pay rm50 i was late already but indidnt argue but pls do better and ive seen a case where a girl got assaulted by drivers and thrown out on the high way pls be better
Too many useless notification messages
Please don’t send us useless notification messages, they are meaningless. I’m going to uninstall the app.
App hang and slow
After latest update for iOS, hang issues become more and very slow
