Notifications are useless
The app has been improving steadily but has ways to go before it can be considered good.
Even after the latest update the UI is not tweaked for the new iPhones. The top portion of the app is still being cutoff by the Dynamic Island in iOS.
Notifications sent by Indusind are useless. Please get rid of advertisements in the notifications and actually send transaction information. Right now the notifications can be turned off by the user and they would not lose anything.
Overall the UI needs work, some screens are too data dense with small fonts.
And please add Dark Theme support
Poor app with extremely poor customer service
The app experience makes it seem its highly insecure for some reason. Most of the times i have to login multiple times but nothing happens and on a few occasions i was already logged in even if i opened the app after sometime. The app itself is laggy where in you have to keep clicking the buttons but nothing would happen and all of a sudden either it takes me to the page again and again or i get an error
Now moving on to the bank itself, they are highly unprofessionals. I have been contacting them regarding debit freeze on my account and i havent received any response for over 10 days. The only reason am with this bank is that i have my MF accounts related to this bank and am desperately trying to change it and move out of this sl-lit bank

Not compatible by iphone 14 pro and above.
Due to dynamic island, the “change user” option is hidden partially and I can’t click on change user on the app. This is a headache.
Get the basic stuff done
The app helps to get the basic stuff done. But it’s not as responsive as other mobile apps. Most annoying thing is entering otp. There’s no way we can paste otp from sms. Have to remember the number and enter it one by one slowly

Out dates user interface. Bank should update and revamp both internet and mobile banking applications. Very outdated.

One small suggestion - in trying to update/change my account details for the same bank as used in the previous account, the only edit field available is the “nickname”.
I’m going to have to re-enter all the unchanged details: codes, location, bank etc!?
I’m a longtime user of mobile banking apps. Typically with a VPN. I’m using this app for the first time now and it’s knocked my socks off! In other words, it beats my HDFC & SBI YONO apps hollow!! Very impressive, many kudos to the developers and their team. 👏🏾🙏🏾
Very poor app
Many functionality doesn’t work always. I don’t know how hen why the heck they have that??? For example the balance check functionality, never ever worked. Worst UI|UX. For namesake they have an app, but it is totally useless and very pathetic!!!

Such a worst app ever experienced and banking services are very poor..there were no feasible options to select..
The app need improvement
The app is extremely buggy and need a lot of improvement
1. The app does have a proper connection to the banks main server because when I try to change my debit card pin in always say system error or unable to process your request
2. If one problem is fixed then another one arises now when I try to see my balance an unable to process error occurs
3. I find the app a bit slower side
