- Fun and engaging Reward Center to increase motivation.
- Contains over 450 examples, with content designed by professional teachers and researchers.
- Inferences are taught from multiple perspectives: what inferences are possible, which are not possible, multiple inferences per sentence, etc.
- Our own Smart Sentence technology is used to infinitely vary the examples to prevent learning by rote.
- Advanced levels include timers to ensure fluency. Research shows fluency in the foundation skills is critical to reading comprehension.
Our apps are designed for and tested by typical and special needs children. Testers include children with Autism and other special needs. Our apps work for them!

You can try this app by downloading the free version. The free version has 4 free levels for one player. You can purchase levels and players separately through in-app purchases.

Inferencing is a key component of reading comprehension. If you can't infer fluently, you can't understand the story. Help your child now by getting started with our Inference Ace app.
While you're at it, check out our other apps that target WH questions, identifying inference clues and identifying the main idea of a sentence or paragraph.
We take customer service very seriously! If you ever have a problem or find that we've missed something, contact us at our website and we will do our best to fix the problem.
** Note: Inference Ace and Inference Clues intentionally use similar data sets. However, different skills are targeted.
Also, when working through this app, you will encounter different variants of the same examples many times as we teach our players to derive multiple inferences from a single sentence -- just like expert readers do. This is an intentional feature, not a bug :-)

Inference Ace Reviews

Great app!

I am an SLP and I use this app with student who have language disorders as well as students with ASD. This is a great app for students to learn how to infer. The first few levels brake the concept down to the basics. It then build to harder levels. I love the number of trials/practices students get with using the app. However, I wish there was a way to unlock all the level (especially for the educator edition). Some of my students are in upper elementary or in middle school and don’t need the concept broken down that much. It would be a waste of my time and there’s to go through these levels just to get to skills level they need. If this could be changed I could use it with so many of my students weekly!

I am an SLP. I use this app to help children on the spectrum better develop their ability to infer from verbal-auditory information. I Like the levels and the visual progression. The 'locks' allow me to monitor progress. The cost of the apps make them a great option for homework to support the work I do in the clinic.

Love these apps!

I teach struggle by readers in 2nd - 5th grade. I love the progress monitoring, immediate corrective feedback, and motivating rewards. All around winner in my book. Try the free version of any of these apps first. You will love it! Inference Ace is one of my favorites. Also use Fact or Opinion a lot.

I have purchased the comprehension as well as the math bundles. I like the way a concept is introduced and reinforced multiple times. This seems to help my son gain a better understanding. Excited to see how far he progresses through the summer. I would recommend both the comprehension and math apps.

App targets inference skills in the step-by-step manner. The kids love keeping track of their money and I like the clues it gives the kids when they need help. This app is somewhat more frustrating for my SDC students than some of your other apps
