Infinite: Puzzle Doors Escape

On level five only I need three more credits to get in,,I watched the video and didn’t get the credits,,now I have to wait for who knows how long!!,,,the last three credits were available,,don’t understand why I have to wait so long in between trying to get credits???,,some levels I can figure out w/o help,,,gonna drop my rating to 3 stars because it takes forever to get credits,,I pretty much use them for skipping the puzzle I can’t do,,shouldn’t have to wait this long,,it’s crazy!!! I just watched 4 videos,,so now it’s 12 credits owed to me,,,just glad I didn’t pay for this game,,because developers are short changing the players,,Thank you,,,I still feel that the credits should be available as soon as the videos are watched,,it’s not right to have to wait to get credits to continue to play the game,,I use some credits for help to get through the level..no one is perfect at solving everything,,why am I still waiting for credits?!?!?...I watched a video and got nothing!!! Now I have to wait til the morning before I get credits?!?!?its now morning and I still have to wait to get my credits,,,something is definitely wrong with this!!! I’ve watched two videos and still haven’t received my credits,,so for two videos I should be getting six credits,,I’m watching the videos to gain credits for next level and they’re being added to my hints,,I think things are better,,,my issue was:this escape game is online messed me up,,the clues were not lining up with the phrase
