Infinity Connect

This has never worked on my iPhone 12. I had to download it to my old iPhone 7, then it downloads an older version of the app, and that one sometimes works. It never connects properly. It has been doing this for over 2 years, and they never fix the app. My doctor appts are a huge stress for me because of this unreliable app. Half our appts end up over the phone, because the app won’t connect. I wish my doctor did not use this horrible app.

Why can’t you fix this?? You know this doesn’t work on iPad. Why do the Ontario government web pages say your app works on iPad, when it doesn’t? Does the Ontario government know your app doesn’t work on iPad? Did my tax dollars pay for this?

Using the Pexip app for an eVisit is so much fun. Who would assume that ordinary mortals would submit to such nonsense (“do this; now do that; then try this”) only to discover that, after doing this, that, and then this, — nothing works. I have unsuccessfully tried to use this sorry app before, and on each occasion have ended up by calling my doctor and requesting a simple phone call. But wait a minute. . . . wouldn’t this seem too reasonable?

The app elongates / warps the video image of those who are using iPhone 14 devices (front facing camera).

Audio has been struggling for months, finally stopped working altogether. I’ve even reinstalled the app, but there’s still no audio. At least now I’m justified in removing it from my devices.

Does not work, could not continue with appointment.

Missed an appointment because of this app’s inability to function properly. Avoid this one like the plague.

Recently, I missed a very important specialist appointment because the App will not work on an iPad or iPhone (new and ISO 15). I will not use this app ever again and my appointments are by phone.

Pretty barebones app which for some reason defaults to using the headset speaker when doing a video call. You think the volume just sucks until you find speakerphone option.
