Description

Need a management app for your business? We got you covered! With Infinity’s mobile app, you’ll be able to organize and manage your tasks, files, leads, goals and other work data wherever you are. Collaborate with your team in real-time, easily track your projects and stay on top of your work even when you’re on the move.
ADD AND UPDATE ITEMS ON THE GO
Just because you’re not at your desk, it doesn’t mean your brain is not working. Now you can add and update items as soon as they come to your mind. In Infinity’s mobile version, items are working as tap-friendly cards so you can quickly open them to view or update them.
ORGANIZE MORE THAN JUST TO-DO LISTS
Infinity was built to help you organize any type of data. The mobile app makes sure to offer the same flexibility. Just like in our web version, you can build and shape your items with 15 custom attributes that will allow you to create to-do lists, CRM, databases, or anything else you need.
COLLABORATE IN REAL-TIME
All changes in Infinity happen in real-time. Whenever you update your data, everyone on the team will be able to see it. Plus, as soon as you assign somebody to a task or mention them in a comment, they will receive a notification.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR VIEWS
Infinity boasts versatile customization options that let you adjust the way you view your data. In our mobile app, you’ll be able to filter your data, group items by labels and sort them. You’ll be able to save each view you create and quickly switch between your custom views.
SPEED UP WORK WITH TEMPLATES AND IMPORT
If you don’t want to create a board from scratch, you can speed things up by loading one of our 40+ templates or importing your data from Trello. You can also import a table from CSV when creating a new folder.

Manages my business & life

I must’ve tried atleast a dozen different project management tools before Infinity. But this one has been the best. It is used across my organization with 10 team members, I wish more people knew about it. It’s really on a next level of customization and the team behind it is constantly improving the app.

Infinity is Excellence

There are many platforms one may choose to organize and utilize data, but Infinity is not exactly the same as all others. I know this is a terrific platform, because it is constantly being improved, the improvements are traced using their own system with tremendous precision and customer engagement, and they never fail to deliver on their promise. If you are with a young company, or an organization, that would enjoy a wide breadth of performance potential easily linked to your organic analytics, and you are looking for a database upon which you may build and expand with seemingly limitless potential, you should, at a minimum, seriously consider investing in Infinity. Plus, From time to time, they offer lifetime deals so you will only have to pay once, and I would recommend going bigger than you currently need. It’s like buying a house, you always want an extra bedroom just in case you need the space. Good luck in whatever you decide! But with Infinity, you cannot and will not go wrong!

Amazing, customizable and meets all my client and employees needs. The support on this is incredible as they will do 1 or 2 hour sessions with you to set it up perfectly for your needs.

iPhone

I like the app. The interface on the Mac, iPad and web looks nice but when using the iPhone app, it needs work. I can’t do much of anything. The Table and List views look the same and expanded so I have to scroll a lot. I wish it had a Gallery view. The app is very functional on my Mac and iPad but not the iPhone. On the iPad and Mac, I would give 4 1/2 stars. Hopefully this issue would get fixed.

Much Improved

Six months ago, I reviewed this product and was pretty critical of some security flaws. I am happy to report that these issues have been addressed and then some. Infinity is a really clever product that, even though it can be used for project management itself, it is a really valuable complementary product to how you already manage development. So if you are starting out, this could be a one-stop app. If you are growing, and already have a project management product, Infinity adds capability not normally found in project management sofftware. The team is responsive, the product is reliable and it seems to be a good value.

Amazing Program & Now is the Time

I was in the market for an online database. TapForms & Ninox are good programs — but I wanted something more modern & universally accessible. I turned to AirTable first. I liked it very much — but, to be a full member with all the options, the cost is $240 per year, even with the annual payment option — or about $300 per year when paid monthly. Then, I found Infinity. It is clear that Infinity is aiming for the AirTable market. It is pretty much the same thing. Yes, Infinity is still a work in progress — but all the most important features are already done. There is a roadmap projecting all the remaking features for completion this year. I am confident these goals will be achieved since the roadmap is completed up to the present. The regular price for Infinity is about half the cost of AirTable — but if you act now, there is a promotion offering a lifetime deal starting at $99. I chose the plan that is one step up front the basic plan — offering more workspaces and storage space for only $149 for a lifetime. There are plans above that going all the way up to an Enterprise Plan if you need a mammoth amount of space or have a lot of members. I’m sure this promotion won’t last long — so now is the time to act. EDIT: I forgot to mention that Infinity has the only iPad app that is full-featured and just like working online. AirTable’s iPad app is a very limited viewer — but Infinity’s iPad app offers a full experience — and the iPhone app is also quite nice.

Great software and good app

We were using and my only real complaint was the price. We hesitated to really use it and put our entire operations on it in case we ever deviated from it. This software removes that hesitancy and has become our entire company’s operations. Thank you! I bought the enterprise lifetime deal so that it can grow with the company. Can’t wait for the automations to roll out
