They charged my card for an amount I did not agree to and provided nothing

I purchased a 7 day trial. I was then automatically charged a year long subscription. They make it almost impossible to quit, I tried on the app and on the computer. When I contacted customer service, they said I had to prove I’d used the app before they’d consider refunding me for the yearly subscription I didn’t sign up for. Really poor customer support.

App is continuously attempting to charge me monthly even though I opted out after the free trial. Am now needing to call bank to block the transaction. Have emailed and had no response. Biggest scam

Please do not download this app. The free trial can not be cancelled. They take large payments without consent. The email correspondence is distressing, slow and contradictory to avoid canceling a subscription that you have not consented to. They claim not to have a contact number. Please read the other 20+ reviews before downloading this app.

Signed up for a trial - automatically signed me up for a year and now I can’t get into my account. Scam alert - do not install Cancel your credit card because you can’t cancel your subscription - DO NOT PAY FOR THE TRIAL

This App offers a money back guarantee if dissatisfied for any reason! When you try and get a refund they send you generic messages that do not respond to your questions you ask. This app is SCAM avoid at all costs!The app doesn’t offer an anti inflammatory plan and needs to be taken down!

This company has taken my credit card details are are charging me money for nothing. They did not supply me with a diet and continue to take money sporadically from my account. There is no contact available apart from an email and when I email them they send me around in circles. They have stolen $80AUD from me so far and I have no way to stop them taking money.

I thought app was too confusing, now reading the reviews it’s not me it’s the app. I unsubscribed immediately during the free trial as it was not doing what I wanted it to do. I was still charged, then when contacting them they wanted proof ‘according to the terms and conditions’ that I used the app for 7 consecutive days. I can’t and don’t want to use it. I’m still going back and forth and last email I have said do not charge my card again. Don’t download, complete scam

This app is a scam. I have purchased the plan and received no meal plans. I have emailed multiple times and nothing. Do not purchase this is a scam.
