The easiest banking application to use!

Trading through the app

Will we be able to trade funds and stock shares through the app in this decade?

Incompetence

Quite counter intuitive, lower quality compared to its predecessor. Can’t use personal and business together, too many service ads etc. 5digit code instead of 6, etc etc. It really does make one think, how did ING make it possible to “upgrade” to something much worse? The only higher quality is the resolution, it’s more of a brochure than a proper banking app.

International money transfer

Why is it not possible to make international money sending on the application? It would be very nice.

Worse Experience

Unfortunately, this new app is worse than the previous one. While i was waiting for an improvement with the new app, I am unable to understand why at least same quality, practicality and accessibility is not delivered.
