Este cea mai proasta aplicatie avuta, lag incontinuu, se blocheaza instant, imi iese fortat din aplicatie, cand imi pun datele, iese din nou fortat, si ma pune sa le scriu de 10 ori pana sa pot intra din nou. O mare bataie de cap, jur.
I have been a customer for over 20 years and admired how ING was many laps ahead of everyone in self banking, home banking and everything technology based. However the disappointment and frustration I have just experienced with their mobile app and "CLOSE CARD" action was huge. The version that i have has no temporary block of the card, just CLOSE CARD. How often is this even used by customers? All I was trying to do was to update the card info after the old one expired. No warning that the action was irreversible or the fact that my card had been already updated the previous day when the new card was activated. How often do people decide to CLOSE their cards? And the fact that this cannot be undone even by their support people is even more frustrating.

Dear ING , This application is not production quality . Basically it’s never been tested/QA’d ! I tried to open a bank account using this app , should have been a relatively simple wizzard, to go through all the steps, but it was not . The application was resetting , losing all progress, while I had to switch between SMS app and email . In my second attempt I managed to get the SMS code without switching apps (by quickly writing it down from the sms notification popup) , but, then again, it reset itself , by itself, while I was taking the photo. So I started again ! Third time I managed to take the selfy and ID photo , but when I clicked next , I got a big error screen with “Serviciul este indisponibil momentan …” Absolute rubbish . The iOS/backend developers that wrote this app are utterly incompetent, including the managers that approved such app to be released to customers . Very BAD start with a new customer .
Majoritatea băncilor au aderat la transfond doar ING banca inteligenta și Smart nu! Ce așteptați bai fraților sa vina revelionul? Numai suntem acum 10 ani sa așteptăm un transfer 5h sau un Weekend pana luni! Pana și bancile fantoma a pensionarilor brd și cec au aderat la transfond! Ar fi vremea sa faceți un pas sau bye bye basic Bank account!!
Many pages if you open are blank; unable to update contact details as they force you to do it or else they block all accounts; the bank itself is very badly organised..
Esti obligat sa instalezi aplicatia pentru a valida cardul adaugat in apple pay.
