I downloaded the app a few weeks ago I was on a free trial then I would have to a pay weekly subscription yet I canceled my subscription before the trial ended and I have a photo of proof that my subscription ended yet I want to know why I’m apparently still paying for it when it was canceled before the actual subscription started and before the free trial ended so I’m writing to ask for my money back because I have proof if need that I canceled my subscription before the free trial was over please HELP thanks

Their designs are trash. None of the styles are even remotely decent. Type in whatever prompts you’d like to, the designs it spits out are garbage

It’s an app that can imaginary see yourself with tattoos and make sure it’s a fit if not you won’t get it tattooed
A Waste of Time
Very basic and pretty clumsy. Asked for barn swallow, couldn’t give me anything other than a hummingbird. The most unimaginative tat shops or literally ANY Ai program can give you better options. Don’t waste your time and money.
Unclear as to how to cancel free trial
Just downloaded the app, released it wasn’t intuitive enough to create want I wanted. Can not find a way to cancel the free trial
They changed something.
Was working great but something changed. I use the Horror setting frequently and now it’s a mess!!!! Please put it back like it was cause it’s not better it’s worse!!
Do not pay for it!
I tried to type in a simple prompt multiple times with different themes and it never once came up with a picture even close to what I typed in. In my opinion, it’s not even worth the minimal amount of data space that it takes up!
Keeps charging even after cancel!
The publisher keeps charging after cancellation and blames Apple. I have reported this issue twice now and still getting charged.
I have no way to start app apple size mod failure, can’t even enter the review parameter🤬🫡

Ai needs work
The ai is not good. It will give you basic stuff that’s ok. But you can challenge it to be creative. Type in penis for fun and it can even give you penis tat. I can give the examples but that’s a simple request and it cannot complete it.
