I registered my membership card in my old phone. I changed to a new phone but I cannot register the membership card again, please advise.

I delete the app by accident, I can not register again the membership again! Please advise.

Same here. Before registering digital membership card, the apps functioned well when searching for rooms; after registration, it stays blank & can’t function

I can search room before I registered my membership. After registered, the page for searching room is blanked! Nothing there! Reload and reload still can’t help.

普通に会員カード持っておいた方が楽です。 カードを無くした時の保険程度に思っておけばいいです。

全然アプリが開かない

ずっと使ってて様子見てますが ・トップ画面に使用頻度が低いメニューが多い ・予約確認への導線が悪い、またはトップ画面に表示を ・会員証QRと、チェックイン用QRがあり紛らわしい（いかにもチェックイン時に必要そうに見える後者のQRコードは実はチェックイン機で使わない) ・指摘されても問題点を直す気がない 特にQRの紛らわしさは意味不明、片方だけ出せば用が足りるはずです。いい加減にしてください。経営者の問題ですね。
