Co pay overcharges
INOVA DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES is attempting to overcharge for an Exercise Nuclear Stress Test of $274.00. My Sentara Medicare insurance states and approves $85.00 copay for this procedure!
Why? Please adjust your charges to meet the coverage of Senior Medicare rates.

Follow schedules
The app is decent, but I often can't schedule follow-up appointments. It freezes or locks up, making it hard to use. This really needs fixing to improve the app's reliability.
Never works
Theres always a server issue or wont ever work. It always gives an error message, constantly loads, and the app is really slow in general. I usually dont write reviews but this is insane
Denying access to teen information
I have a son who just turned 14 who was diagnosed with epilepsy last year. Because he is 14 My chart will is now requiring us to have him setup his own chart and I have to request proxy access. However we cannot get an account setup for him when I am following the directions. I have been going around on circles for the past week. Very frustrating that a parent is not able to advocate for our child’s healthcare. My 14 year old son is not able to mange this on his own. As far as I’m concerned this app is worthless to parents.
