a great app to use
I'm blown away by the functionality of this app. It's like having an entomology expert in your pocket. I've learned so much about insects, and it has made my outdoor adventures more exciting.
Amazing
This app is amazing! I wish I had the money to pay for it.
Doesn’t work at all
Freezes at 75% with any picture. I tried a monarch butterfly, a honeybee, and a western tiger swallowtail, all of which should have been readily identifiable.

It's an excellent app, and even though I have limited knowledge of gardening and Bug and Insects, this is a very useful application.
Convenient app for everyone
The app is so addictive that I just bought another membership. I have never been bored with it. The app has been 100% accurate so far!
WONT LOAD ANY INFO
as stated by other reviewers this app freezes every time at 75% and says the connection timed out. useless, glad it was inoperable from the get so i didnt get cheated out of money paying for the subscription
Won’t find 90% of bugs
At first I thought this app was great because it can identify bugs and plants. The downside I’ve found is that it just freezes at 75% and never completes the search almost every time I use it. They keep asking me to pay for a subscription, but I can’t see the value when the trial doesn’t work.

Not very dependable, seems to get stuck on “searching insect name “ every time I use. Not re-subscribing! 👎
Waste of time
This app is not worth even looking at. It never fully identified any insects. It stops short at 75% identification and then is loading for hours. Get an actual book and identify 100% if your insects.
