I tried several times with a picture that I think is termites and it comes back as a bumblebee

I have been billed 9 times since signing up for the app on August 2 thru October 5 in the amount of $2.99. I want to cancel app and get a refund of what was over charged. Please contact me. Thank you.

Identified what looked like a locust as a ladybug. And all of a sudden my junk mail increased. (By chance or by lack of security?) I deleted it. Hopefully the developer keeps improving the app and gets more users as a result.

Even labeled a spider as a wasp when it’s obviously a spider Thank you for the update and would be nice if you included them in with your bug and insect identification. Thank you for your updated response and I am updating this review to reflect the overall performance on other bug identification

Ishowed a clear picture of a garden spider and the program identified it as a moisquito

It got right the first time I tested this app with a monarch. Then I tried again with a ladybug and it gave me a very accurate result down to the species level🐞 🐞 🐞!!
