I want my money back as I paid for a useless service that does not work.
First off, they don't even offer a trial version, which should have been my first red flag. I was excited to try it out, but instead, I had to pay upfront just to see if it worked. Unfortunately, the app is a total letdown. When I finally tried to use it, I asked it to identify a bug, and it just hung there! I waited and waited, but nothing happened. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t deliver on its promises. I expected at least a basic level of functionality, but instead, I just got a long wait for absolutely nothing. I genuinely wish I could get my money back. Save your time and money—find a different app that actually works!
Don’t spend a dime
this cost money just to identify bugs and bug bites. That’s crazy. That’s not even worth my $21. It should be free. I got bit by some bug and hurts a lot and I can’t identify it. If it was free I would use it a lot more.
