I was reached out to via email for an exciting collaboration opportunity. However after inquiring I was told I had to download the Insense app. Upon installing the app I did not see my collab offer and I noticed that a requirement is to link all your socials. This seems like overkill. Why do I have to share all of my personal information just for a collab? Stay away from this service unless you are in urgent need of collabs. Will be deleting.

I genuinely like Insense.. but there’s a few things I DO NOT like.. 

1. Brands lowball you. If they give you more than 150 they typically ask for ALOT and are unbearably PICKY…

2. The customer service is bare minimum. If you need help, you would have to PUSH them to do their job. 

3. They take ENTIRELY TOO LONG to process your payment.. and give you your money… they need a better more fluent payment system… 

4. I’ve been with a brand who has taken over a MONTH to pay me and are super picky. They need to ban brands like that… people have BILLS to pay and not everyone is doing this just for fun.

brands take forever to reply. support is rude and unprofessional. I’ve worked with 1000s of brands on my OWN through Email or DMs. I’ve done Paid Collaborations, PR , UGC and it’s much easier outside than through here. You don’t need this app at all! Just do it on your own. They low ball you here $20 for a ton of reshoots, editing and posting. No thanks. Deleting my account asap.

It’s not user friendly at all and when I reached out for help they weren’t really helpful. I couldn’t connect my social media accounts it kept giving the “it’s already connected” and “it needs to be a business account” errors even though it was correct.
