I tried connecting my Instagram but it only lets me connect Facebook pages

Good App for creators/influencers

I’ve worked a lot on here. The only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 is because I’ve had issues with the app a few times and sometimes getting a timely response. Still highly recommend this!

Creators be careful

I wanted to delete my profile after navigating this app and realizing it’s not intuitive to decline a brief, and the companies send you product right away which made me feel pressured as a creator - like I didn’t have a minute after I was accepted to thoroughly review the terms. Also, if you’ve worked UGC before you know the contract is very important. You don't even get to see one before the company is sending you a tracking number. I decided this wasn’t for me, and asked customer service to delete me profile. It took almost 24 hours of me following up, asking for them to delete my profile to get this resolved after following all their instructions and suggestions. In what world do they make it that difficult to leave an app? I don’t recommend this, from creator to creator. There are so many better platforms that aren’t as glitchy.

The human experience

Working with the Insense app has been such a treat. Working with brands and being able to communicate directly with that brand to build a working relationship has been a huge highlight for me.

Amazing app for a side hustle

I have been using this app for 2 years now and the last 6 months they have been booming.

Solid App for Brand Deals!!

I have been able to get some amazing brand deals from this app and it’s opened doors to working with all sorts of new brands! Whether it’s UGC or Sponsored Posts, I feel like the brands treat the creators pretty fairly! I will say, you definitely need to REALLY read through the campaigns so you don’t accept a deal for a ton of content when you thought you only had to create one of the deliverables 😮‍💨 However, any mistakes I have made by doing that, is not a reflection of the app, but rather my own lack of proofreading! There are a few bugs from time to time, so be sure that your content fully uploads and follow up with brands to ensure they received content so your score doesn’t go down and you lose out on partnerships in the future! Overall, it’s a great app for finding extra work, but I wouldn’t view this as a dependable source of income if you are a creator!

Great platform!

This is definitely one of my top go to platforms for producing UGC. I wish there were more paid opportunities, and less gifting, but the platform is solid. Highly recommend it!

Does not follow up to deals

I’ve been using this app for a while now and I’ve only had 2 successful brand deals. Otherwise than that, the app isn’t good. They say there is “set rules” for brands and creators, but they completely throw the creator under the bus. I worked very hard and submitted 3 videos for this one brand only for them to back out of the deal and most likely stealing my content. This app is a complete joke.

There’s better out there

I’m an fairly new to this but I signed up and started applying to brands right away! I really thought I would get great momentum but my application was denied after applying for 8 different jobs. And No follow up Email from them explaining why as well like they say. Try other ones.

App Stopped Working

The app isn’t working nor is the web function available. I have money in my account and can’t event get the app to load. There’s no customer service or app support. I’ve uninstalled and still have the same issue.
