Broken

wolffish-1 on

United States

The app is broken, rendering these $1000+ smart rollers useless. It wants you to pay a subscription to connect via Bluetooth, which in itself is ridiculous for a product that you are asked to purchase for over 1k. But that’s not even the main issue! Once you inevitably cave and decide to put for this dumb app, the subscription purchase function doesn’t even work! Don’t buy from InsideRide until they un-brick their rollers. Extremely shoddy.

Will not connect to my InsideRide rollers.

After purchasing and finding it wouldn’t connect, contacted support and was told it wouldn’t work on my version. Never did get a refund...

Doesn’t connect to rollers so not useful

Hopefully this app will be corrected in the future but it doesn’t find my InsideRide so isn’t worth anything to me right now. Makes my smart rollers near useless as, for example, I can be going up a 9% grade in Zwift and there’s virtually no resistance as I’m spinning high-90s in the big ring and high gear. Then can drop to 8% and I’m suddenly having to downshift rapidly to small ring and low gear to stay with the same output number. Only one example. Still get a good workout but in no way does it correlate well with the training plan I’m supposed to be doing.
