Just a complete waste of time installing this unbelievable app for ordering room service, and guess what? QR code invalid when scanning. I would have die already with this outrageous app! Why can’t just stick to conventional way of placing physical room service menu in your rooms instead? If you think of paperless policy, make sure it doesn’t screw customer.
