This app is so hard to use
Literally the worst app ever. Rarely loads on the first try. Takes about 15 minutes to finally get access to your schedule if it loads at all. Half the time you just get an error message and have to call customer service tech support. The half of the time after the 15 minute wait for it to load, it just freezes up and you have to start all over again.
This app is always down!! I feel so bad for my clients.

Great app. It just needs some improvement. You should be able to book all services needed for a single client without having to book each one separately & having to go back to the beginning and selecting the client all over again. It should work how the computer version of insight works. Some of our employees don't know the timing for processing and end up booking clients incorrectly BC the app doesn't do it automatically the way it does in the computer version. Other than that, don't really have any other complaints
When I first installed it for several months it took minutes for it to finally load, now it just gives error messages or just completely closes itself (iPhoneX) it has nothing to do with my phone or connections on my end. This software even on the desktop at work is subpar, slow loading and not user friendly. So frustrating
I see all the bad reviews why haven’t you fixed the problems ?
My salon just switched to Insight and we were super excited about the new software but there are a lot of bugs, we never were given formal training even though we were suppose to do a lot of really cool features are unable to be used due to not having the knowledge of how to use them. I will say the customer support is amazing! Always willing to help and are very prompt when there’s an issue they need to fix and have to get back to us so that is why they get 4 stars.
