Doesn’t work

When the video is recorded, it is parked for 30 seconds and then disconnects the application

Won’t connect even after allowing in settings .. frustrating…

Even though the app states that it is compatible, this app does not work with iPhone 15 Pro Max

I’ve owned this camera For two years it has worked great, stopped using it for a couple months and now that I’m using it again I lost the option to zoom in or out with the two buttons on the back “+/-“

Unfortunately it doesn’t work on iPhone 15 promax. I tried to connect to android, it worked, but the lamp was so dim that nothing was clear. When you try to zoom out the camera, everything looks blurry. Everything is not as shown here in the picture. Apparently there hasn't been an update for a long time. A waste of money.

After taking about 45 minutes to get the camera to work the picture quality is horrible

This is my second unit. I thank Temu for sending me another one, but the scope still doesn’t work! The first unit couldn’t open the app from the supplied code. The second unit opens the app but no matter what I do, the app does not register the scope as connected. I’m using an Apple 14 Plus phone which is listed on the list of approved phones. Now I will ask for a refund. This is my last Temu order. I’ll gladly pay extra for American products that are engineered properly and work!

Why are you giving a camera plugged directly into your phone access to your local network? Why would some foreign product need access to all your other devices on your LAN ow WAN if it’s plugged right into your phone? Think about it! That’s NOT safe. Why do you give it FULL access to your phone’s library? It doesn’t need FULL access to save a photo. Take a screenshot instead of giving access to some foreign entity all your files and network devices. You don’t think that’s weird? Oh, and it wants access to connect back to their company! Uhh, to send them your files?? Again, it doesn’t need access. If the software needs an update it would get it through the App Store, not directly from the programmers. It used to work without giving it God access but now it won’t recognize the camera. Bad.
