Une application complète pour pratiquer le yoga et la méditation depuis chez soi. C’est un vrai plaisir de pouvoir choisir des séances adaptées en fonction de mes besoins et de mon niveau parmi un large choix de vidéos, celles-ci sont en plus triées par catégories. En plus d’être guidée par une excellente professeure, chaque vidéo est accompagnée d’un texte explicatif qui résume le contenu de la séance. L’application permet une accessibilité immédiate au large contenu, c’est tout aussi rapide que de dérouler son tapis ! Une formule PREMIUM propose même des ateliers en live et des programmes de développement personnel dont un sur plusieurs mois ! C’est une vraie bulle de bien-être que je m’offre au quotidien. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
